 What is a Healthcare/Patient Advocate? A healthcare/patient advocate provides direct and personalized services to an individual/s as they navigate throughout the healthcare system. Patti’s Angels Healthcare Advocates, LLC are dedicated individuals hired based on their experience in the medical field.

Will the client be given medical advice? Patti’s Angels Healthcare Advocates, LLC will not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or prescriptions; however, we will help you interpret diagnoses, lab/diagnostic testing, and/or changes to medications. Our commitment to our clients is providing them guidance in making their informed decisions (autonomy).

How much do you charge? Your initial consultation is free. Once contract is signed, an hourly rate will be set. As patient advocates, we wear the hats of many.

○ Speaking to insurance companies

○ Speaking to loved ones of client

○ Speaking to any and all additional parties involved

Will Patti’s Angels Healthcare Advocates, LLC drive clients to their doctors appointments? Unfortunately, our insurance coverage does not allow transportation. If transportation to and from appointments is needed, we will gladly assist in arranging transportation.

How will my personal and healthcare information be protected? Your privacy and protection is our top priority. What if I don’t live near my loved one? Rest assured, technology provides us the ability to communicate with our client’s loved ones regardless of their geographic location.
